One-click optical measurement system
The core structure is an automatic lifting and focusing system with an infinitesimal optical system tube and a 10-million-class industrial digital camera, a fixed stage system with a measuring area of 120 mm x 80 mm. When testing products, first of all, the workpiece to be tested is placed on the workbench of the optical measurement system, and the detection program of the product to be tested is automatically called out. Through continuous processing of the image, the detection requirements are completed and the detection speed is extremely high.
